He began his career in ministry, where he led his church into the top 5% for organic growth nationally, later delivering leadership training events across the country. He then helped launch a cybersecurity startup from pre-revenue to $1M ARR and became a partner at Rainwater Business Advisors, advising clients on transactions ranging from $10M to $200M exits. Justin has also provided political speech writing and strategic consultation for state and federal politicians.
