Meet Justin McCorkle
Justin McCorkle is a Strategy and Leadership Team Coach with 20 years of experience leading organizations across industries, ministry, startups, private equity, and M&A.
He began his career in ministry, where he led his church into the top 5% for organic growth, later delivering training events nationwide. He then helped launch a cybersecurity startup from pre-revenue to $1M ARR and became a partner at Rainwater Business Advisors, advising clients on $10M–$100M exits. Justin has also provided political speech writing and consulted for state and federal politicians.
Now, as a founding coach of Get Strategy, Done™, he helps CEOs and leadership teams gain clarity, align around strategy, and execute with purpose.
Justin lives in Frisco, Texas, with his wife and three children and is an avid outdoorsman, endurance athlete, and member of Conscious Capitalism Dallas.
